Popular culture has embraced the idea
that expressing yourself is a positive
trend in a democratic world. However,
expressions cannot be drawn from
emptiness. Reflective expression is
derived from depth of thought, years of
experience, and a willingness to learn.
Expressionism is an attitude, and a
measurement of how seriously one has
adopted principles of learning, changing,
and adapting to the complex life. It is not
accepting and expressing authority over
the contexts for which limited knowledge
is contained. This is the difference
between reflective expressionism and
basic expressionism.
Computer people often refer to input and
output. Reflective expressionism relies
on the input to have credible output.
Popular culture often derives output of
expression without much thought to the
effort required to gain the input.
